RETURN POLICY
Returns are not accepted for underwear, including tights. This is for health & safety reasons.
For other items, UK & EU buyers have a 14 day period from purchase contact us and a further 14 days to send back to, providing the item is in a saleable condition, with tags still attached.

Items must be return in the condition they were received & unworn.
Return shipping will be at the cost of the customer.
For customers outside of the EU please contact me within 21 days of purchase, providing the item is in a saleable condition, with tags still attached. Return shipping will be at the cost of the customer.

Please note customers are responsible for return shipping and it is recommended to use a tracked service to return your items.
All items are made with care, but should you find a fault within the product, please contact me. I do not accept responsibility for damage caused during shipping.

REFUNDS

We aim to process refunds within 3 business days of receiving back the items - please note after processing it can take up to 14 days for the payment provider to issue back the funds to the customer. The refund will be issued back to the same payment method that you made the purchase with. Any upgrades to shipping (ie from tracked 48 to tracked 24) are non-refundable, with the equivalent cost of standard tracked 48 shipping being refunded instead.
Any loyalty points spent will be added back to your loyalty account balance.

Any loyalty points earnt from the refunded items will be deducted from the customers loyalty points balance

Loyalty points are non-cash redeemable and therefore cannot be returned for cash.
